Hello my name is Joe, I'm a free-lance / hobbyist 3D modeler and enjoy the challenge of working with modeling and texturing 3D objects for todays real time 3D game engines.
I am currently focusing development practice for jMonkeyEngine 3. Why jMonkeyEngine? Well here is a few generalized points that in my opinion make it a great experience:
- New rebuilt shader based rendering.
- Platfrom independence, via java.
- Utilizes Bullet physics.
- Utilizes OpenGL as the render-er.
- Great and active forum and development community.
- Free and Open source.

All demos require the Java runtime environment ( jre ) to be installed, if it isn't already. link to the jre can be found here, the download for windows is less then 16 mb. And a graphics card that supports OpenGL 2.0 or later.
